The 1st year of the joint doctoral philosophy conference Perspectives of Thinking occurred on 12-14 September 2024 at the Academic Conference Centre of the Czech Academy of Sciences in Prague. Eight Czech philosophy departments under the patronage of the Institute of Philosophy of the CAS participated in the organization of the conference.

The conference was attended by more than fifty PhD students and Master’s students from the Czech and Slovak departments of philosophy. During the three days, participants presented their dissertation projects, discussed various topics in the history of philosophy and contemporary philosophy, and met other young scholars in their field.
